I purchased a high end priced item and it was safely packed and delivered to me overnight. Through no fault of the seller, a hidden problem was then discovered with the item and Balboa Pawn Shop graciously offered to pay for the replacement parts even though I didn’t really expect them to do that or even ask. I said it was up to them and they insisted. No haggling, no back and forth just great communication and total professionalism you might not expect from a pawn shop. A much better experience than I’ve had at so many other so called “professional” businesses in my life. I would definitely go out of my way to do business with them again. I wish more businesses had integrity like this one does.
